Prodrive Alcon Calipers Repair Kit
#2
Presume you've tried the main stealer? The brake kit had a part number, perhaps a repair kit was listed too.
If not then Alcon are here. Some phone numbers but nothing that looks like they'll want to sell you £20 of new seals, £1m worth of F1 or WRC contracts maybe. But worth a phone call I'd have thought.
Failing that I'd try a brake specialist. My first call would be to BG Developments in Bromsgrove. They're an AP agent but they can also do refurbishemnt of old historic calipers for race and rally series where you must use OEM but they're no longer available. If they can do this then no doubt they can do seals for Alcons. They're on 01527 873716 and here.

Part number for the Prodrive Alcon brake kit is SACC2475. If needed, ask your dealer to look at that, then find the seal/refurb kit for it. I'm sure theres one available from Subaru themselves, seems daft if not.
Failing that, or main dealer prices are ludicrous (highly likely), as Chelspeed says you'd best try Alcon themselves or a brake specialist.
