Some help would be appreciated here from anyone in the know

I have a 2003 wrx sti, uk spec. I am in Spain / Gibraltar. I've been having constant brake problems since I moved here. Basically a really bad juddering when braking from high speed. Have had the discs skimmed and the problem came back within a couple of weeks. My dealer here is telling me not to replace with standard discs as the temperatures here cause this problem. Could anyone recommend some discs that are up to the job, and are not going to be ridicuously expensive - will also get new pads at the same time. Do Brembo do an upgraded disc? anyone any ideas on a disc that will not have the same problem in the future? thanks.

The Performance Friction disc and pad upgrade would be an awesome improvement.
