right guys hears an easy question since nobodys answerd the hardish ones.

im spraying my alloys and need youre opinions on colours. my car is the dark blue subaru colour (mica) i think. anyway im going for a dark colour here are a few i like .... matt black , gloss black , gunmetal grey , matt gunmetal i no theres not a lot of difference but wanted to know what you lot thought.

Personally, if I had a Dark Blue Mica (I wish! Had to settle for Royal Silver instead (may eventually save up for a full respray though), I'd spray them one of the lighter colours. I reckon black wheels on a dark blue car would look a little... odd.

Gun-metal and anthracite get my votes, assuming you don't want to go closer to silver. As for matt/gloss... how about satin?

Don't go black as would dirt never is 'black' but I think a dark grey would be spot on. No brown/bronze tint against blue IMO

hmmm some goods points of veiw here. what finish is satin? i didnt want them to be to shiney but im thinking a dark grey like gunmetal matt. i just wanted to keep it jap stealth if you no what i mean . i see some wheels in mags which are a dull grey/black but still shineyish. anyone have any more ideas?

Satin is between matt and gloss. Not dead like matt, but not reflective like gloss.

Personally, silver. Black can look nice and mean when you put them on, but I think in the long run, silver, or something in between may be better
