DS2500 or Pagid 421. I prefer the Pagids as they require a little more pedal pressure which effectively works the rears a bit harder.
Both these pads will stop you reliably even on the coldest day or hotest track. Don't use any other 'stuff'

PS Edited to add, I use 2500 in the rear of my classic (APs up front). Nice balance IMHO. Speak to Alyn at AS Performance.
