I didn't have any instructions, did it as per my Mintex 1144s and after 200 miles when I thought they were all sorted they produced loads of smoke when used hard. If instructions don't come with them then I would guess about 6 times from 40 - nearly stopped (about half full pressure on the brake pedal) and let them cool then 6 times from 70- nearly stopped (half pressure again), cool, then six hard-ish brakings from naughty speeds to almost stopped and then park in your drive without using handbrake if poss and the job should be done. But I'm no expert so if someone disagrees then believe them.

Just had 2500's fitted along with Black Diamond Grooved/Drilled discs.
Was told to take it easy for 100 miles (light braking). So I took it easy for 200 miles (only 1.5 days for me anyway )
A few days later I had to brake hard and when I came to standstill I could see smoke coming from the front of the car. I thought I'd blown a pipe or something. I couldn't stop, but then drove very slowly to somewhere where I could stop. Everything under the bonnet was fine, so I guess it was the brakes.
No other problems.
And the combination is brilliant, way better than the brembo discs I had before.
Oh, car is MY02 STI.

The instructions in the box were as follows:
"Perform 25 - 30 trial brake applications each of approximately 4 seconds using around 50% of normal race pedal pressure. To shorten the procedure applications can be made along the straights as well as on the bends".
A bit of smoke at the end, however after that they were brilliant!

just remember to continue to drive to allow the brakes to cool naturally......................do not park up immediately as this may induce brake problems.................
