Special brake prob: not your normal issues!
I have removed my abs from my Sti v3 now it has a dccd transmission.
I have replumbed the master cylinder to brake the 2 front calipers together, and the 2 rears together.
To keep a good balance front to back I simple adjustable brake bias valve has been installed fed by the master cyl and then feeding the 2 rear calipers.
I have installed the valve the right way round (!).
First time, the brakes bled great, usual way, wife in the car, up-down repeatedly etc.
Though i could get the pedal even better, so tried to bleed them again. Opened the furthest rear caliper nipple first, but the pedal would not go down and no fluid came out as a result...
There must be a lock somewhere, but i'm confused so far!
Any ideas?

Thanks for coming back alyn.
It is a 2 port master (Sti v3)
The port closest to the servo is piped to the balance valve and then that feeds the 2 rear calipers. The port at the end of the master goes to the front cals direct via a T piece.
The valve was set mid travel (set at 4 of 8 turns from fully open to fully closed) when I first bled the dry system. Started that way yesterday but no flow, or when the valve was shut/open fully!
It must be the valve or the ports I'm connected to?
Can't think of anything else.

Yes, will try that as I'm now at a loss.
First i will get the car back onto axle stands so I can get at everything easily.
I was thinking of draining the system via the fronts (assuming they are 'open' and re bleeding incase there is some lock in the fluid somewhere some how etc!
This is really stupid.
Thanks as ever for the help though.
