Default Need a little brake advice :)

Lo peeps,

My first post here. Picked up my 2000 classic 2 weeks ago and not been able to get rid of the grin yet

However, the brakes are not the best ever, or I dont feel they are, so I would like to upgrade to something that is gonna stop me a little quicker.

Any advice would be great cos I am a real noob when it comes to impreza's - never owned one before, so expect what might seem daft questions for a while

Ta,

Andy

Try some braided hoses, good pads, dot 5 and you could even remove the brake bias valve..(i think it's called)

You should not use DOT 5 fluid, horrible stuff. You may use DOT 5.1 fluid but you don't need any better than DOT4.

Subaru Impreza 335mm Kit if you want a complete solution
