Need some help with Wheels offsets

Thinking of buying these, but what size do i need, ie offsets, et etc etc

i know the subaru is 5 stud. 2003 sti type uk

eBay.co.uk: 18" INOVIT REDLINE ALLOY WHEEL 5X100 5X112 5X114 5X120 (item 110084056507 end time 04-Feb-07 18:57:31 GMT)

and for tyres, i found 4 EAGLE F1 GS-D3 225/40 ZR18 92Y XL BSW, VSB £370.40 delivered, any good? from Mytyres.co.uk

From: at the petrol station again!!!

you need 5x100 stud pattern on 2003 not sure about the offset though i think it depends what brakes you have got regards clearence
tyre price seems ok for 4 f1's
