Default rear brakes for my01

had my service recently..
they told me that the rear brakes discs/pads
are down to about 80%

they have quoted me approx over £500 to supply and fit (original parts)

i just wonder is there a cheaper alternative. but must be decent like the original parts

for bugeye wrx btw

£500!!!

The last time I had my front discs and pads replaced by a Subaru main dealer they charged just under £100/pair for the discs, £100 for the pads and about £100 to fit. Total bill was less thatn £300.....much less than you've been quoted.

This time I've ordered uprated discs and pads and am having them fitted locally, which will come to around £330 all in. That's for grooved discs and Pagid pads. Forget the place you've been to IMHO.

What the mileage on your car?? are the pads/discs 'down to 80%'? or worn by 80%?? there's a vast difference.....

Internet for parts, DIY it, and spend what you save on fuel

Discs and pads on a Scoob's not rocket science
