handbrake
#2
There is probably a small access hole through the rear plate to allow the turning of a knurled wheel (using a flat bladed screwdriver) which in turn will push the shoes slightly closer to the drum.
You will probably also find that the shoes will gradually adjust themselves if you repeatedly activate the handbrake on and off (maybe not enough in this case as it is usually best to adjust the shoes prior to fitting the disc).
Lastly, but not ideal if the shoes are badly adjusted, you could always adjust the cable with the 10mm nuts behind the handbrake lever itself.
Disclaimer: As I've never yet had to adjust mine I assume the above suggestions from other cars I've worked on.
