Default MY06 STi braking improvement

Just after a few pointers please....

If I were looking to improve the braking on my MY06 STi are AP 6-pots the next logical step up from the stock Brembo setup or is there something "inbetween"? Would just a simple change of pad/disk make a noticeable difference?

Any opinions/experiences would be much appreciated, thanks

I'm thinking everyday real-world road driving here, as I have no intention of tracking it....yet!

DS2500 pads all round is a good start if you don't want to spend big money. Part nos FRP3067H front and FRP3068H rear. Prob about £210 from Alyn. I can help ypu fit them if you're not sure.

Cheers, Diccy.

Uprated pads, better brake fluid and uprated brake lines would be a logical step. Or you could just go all out, spoil yourself and get some AP's
