Default Which brakes 4/6 pots and discs??

I have a budget of £750 to buy new set of calipers and discs for my 01 bugeye, they need to fit behind my Rota subzeros so was thinking of Compbrakes, what do you recommend?

Thanks

S!

Sadly I don't think your really going to get something in the way of true quality for that kind of money.

You may better off sticking with OE Brembo setup, getting some grooved discs, better pads, braided hoses and a better brake fluid.

agreed - look at DBA discs or PF discs with some quality pads and hoses.

If you have a WRX which i assume you have, why not get a set of STI brembos?

They can be had for less than that with new discs and pads.

Don't think the brembos will over the subzeros tho. plus I'm not to keen on the gold calipers

So you don't recommend the compbrakes?

I might keep that as the last option, looking for something abit more "blingy".

If i have to spend more, so be it.

Had thought of that, but thats old hat!

I would really like a new setup to give more confidence in braking. My 4pots are needing an overhaul.

I'll keep a lookout for something.

for decent brakes you are gonna need to budget around £1500 for the front and another £800 for the rears.
