Default wr1 brakes

my m8s wr1 under moderate to heavy braking seems to judder ya can feel it through the pedel any one any ideas .

just looked at my M8's WR1 and he has deposits front and back on the discs, you can see the pad outline on the disc's, however the sureface is all pitted and not at all smooth looking. Must be a standard thing.
