hi all
i have a 94 uk wagon with 1 cat stainless exhaust and soon to be fitted z4 ecu other than that it is standard.
i need to get a new set of discs and pads for the front (as they are standard 277mm and fcuked)
can i just buy a good set of drilled and grooved disc and good pads in 277mm and will this give me enough stopping power . or should i change to bigger brakes.
i dont really drive that fast and i dont want to spend to much on the brakes as i am skint at the moment , but they do need changing very soon.
any ideas
also at present i am on 16" wheels

Uprated discs and pads are guna cost £200, better off adding another £150 or so and getting sum used 4 pots!
