Default 4 pots?

i have the opertunity to get my hands on a set of 4pots off a late classic.is it worth replacing my 2pots with these.i havnt really got lots of funds let so a big brake converstion is out of the window.
at the min i have 2pot with green stuff pads n turbo grove discs.

but if i buy these i would get red stuff pads.

what do people reckon.

Always better to go for bigger brakes if they're cheap. I'd leave the red stuffs personally but the 4 pot conversion is a good idea.

4 pots are well worth going for. Red stuff pads are great for stopping but they only last c6000 miles and they eat discs. Try normal OE discs and DS2500. Expensive by comparison but well worht the difference imho.

4 pots will certainly be a vast improvement over the 2 pot system. Don't forget to replace all your om rubber hosing for braids alround. Decent fluid as well. You'll need to change the disc if you want 4 pots. They're larger.
Go for a grooved or grooved and spotted. Not a fan of the drilled disc myself so i personally would steer clear of those.
