Flush fitting valve extension??????

Flush fitting valve extension??????
The one I got is a bit faulty the pin thing in the middle gets stuck and it releases air out of my tyre when I connect it to the flush fitting valve,
anyone got one or know where I can get one,

rochfordtyres want £17 (posted) for a full set, but I just want the extension bit, can anyone help me out?
