Thumbs up

Graham, either size should fit just fine. I believe 215/45 is the "recommended" size by Prodrive and others. It is the closest to the original rolling diameter, I believe. Cheers.

Graham,

On the older cars (MY93-00), the recommended size of tyres are 205/45R17 or 215/40R17.

The tyre size on the new cars (MY01) are 215/45R17 and they have a larger rolling circumference.

Some people have said they fit and there is no rubbing, but I don't think they've pushed the car hard enough! It will probably catch on full bump (ie - 4 up in the car, going hard round a roundabout)

Try them if you want, but be careful.

Hope this helps
Andy
