Default Best brake brand..

Hi chaps,

I need to replace the discs and pads all round on my MY00 UK classic with PPP.

Having searched through the forum a few names pop up but wondering if anybody has upgraded and has any comments about a particular brand.

I've been looking at the DBA slot discs, Black Diamond Combi Discs and Predator pads, Godspeed are put about a bit. Ferrodo also seem popular.

Just a few thoughts / recommmendations as to best to go for. Looking to spend between £500-£700 and can fit myself so mail order not a problem.

many thanks in advance.

For road use?

Pagid RS 4.2.1 Blacks, braided hoses and std discs: Reasonably cheap and perfectly effective for road use.

If you want to upgrade to grooved discs, the DBA variety seem to be highly regarded!

ASperformance are very good price wise as I understand it!

Certainly not APi - That's for sure.
