Default help

hello,

I have a my98 euro impreza gt with tarox discs in front anf ferodo ds2500 pads. when I brake to stop I feel some vibration on the steering wheel and the car seems to "bounce". at high speeds when the discs and pads get very hot when I brake the steering wheel vibrates a lot. this is the secong pair of discs and pads I have in a short period due to the same problem. does anyone ever had the same problem?

can someone help me before I spend lots of money in a big brake kit conversion? I think the problem is in the calipers but not sure that's why I was thinking in replacing everything... ( could it be the ABS? just wondering... )

if its happened on two occassions in quick succession then most likely you have a sticking/seized caliper or you are failing to bed the pads/discs in correctly??

since the first failure I'm very carefull with beding and washes, etc... if it's the sticking/seized caliper, can this be fixed or I have to buy new calipers?

Carlos:
Nothing special about the Impreza brakes, they can be rebuilt with new seals etc just like any other car's can.

you might like to consider a different pad?
I had some Pagid Blues off Stockcar above and they really are good and brilliant compared to the Green stuff 'things' I had before.

I've been in the shop today and everything looks ok... I'll buy new bushes to see if there is any improvement...
