Yes I have recently got a kit for the 4pot caliper brakes which consisted of 8 rubber seals, 8 rubber dust seals with retaining rings plus grease and cost about £25.
However the large pins that hold the brake pads in were badly tarnished so that I had to hammer them out which took over 30 mins each.
I then decided to have new ones made in stainless steel as the oem ones are £5 each and soon discolour and rust.

I think that you would have to get them from a Subaru dealer as the 4pot calipers are specific Subaru items.
The brake seal kit part no. is 26297FA050 and if you go to the right dealer you should get 10% discount if you are a SIDC member.
