AP Racing 330x28mm min. disc thickness?

As above really. Just need to know what the minimum thickness i can run the disc to.

AP website says 27mm. Sounds a little conservative to me. My old Brembo discs were working OK at 28.5mm (original 30mm) when I took them off for 6 pots. My instruction book also says new discs should be bought complete with fitted bells, makes disc replacement well expensive.

Anyone know what the Ferodo part number for the AP CP5070D51-DS2500 pads are for these discs.
