Default Tyre Problem

Not sure if anyone will know but .....

Bought 4 tyres from Mytyres and had them fit at a local independant garage (used them before and they always do a good job).

The tyres were bought and fit 3 months ago, covering less than 3k miles.

One of the tyres has developed an egg shaped bulge in the sidewall and I am having it changed.

What/Who should I approach regarding a possible refund on the tyre (assuming its defective). Anyone any experience with this?

Tyres are Goodyear Eagle GS D3 if that makes any difference.

Default tyre

hi i used work for a tyre company it is very hard when you buy the tyres from a tyre ware house and then get somebody else to fit, you need to contact the place where you got it from and tell them the situation they should then ask you to send the tyre to them (recorded delievery if poss) and they will then send it off to be assesed by the manufacture who will then determine what caused the fault to the tyre but 99 times out of a 100 they say that the tyre has had some impact damage which you are liable for

hope this helps
