Rear Caliper upgrade

Rear Caliper upgrade
Will the rear calipers from a 2000 model fit my 96 UK car??
Here are pics of the calipers:
Need to know if they will muck up the handbrake side of things.
Also what size discs and pads will I need.
And finally is this an easy conversion, do they bolt straight on or do I need any extra brackets etc...
All help appreciated

I would imagine these are from a New Age car?
Anyhow, Dyney can supply some brackets that allow the fitment of the 2 pots onto the original classic backing plates. You also need New age discs with 170mm HB and 290mm diameter.
Like mine!
