19s on 04 STi
I know that fitting 19s will affect the handling and cause the car to tramline but honestly, to a non-trackday; non racing driver; general road driver, am I really going to notice much difference?
If so then I'll steer clear (sorry really bad joke ) but if I won't feel the half a second I lose off my A roads lap time I'd be up for it.
Anyone know exactly how bad they are to drive on? And what width & tyres do you have/have driven on.
Cheers

Hi m8 I just fitted mine and no probs at all Teins make the car harder and I think that the 19s dont make that much of a diference over the 18"
It might also be tat it makes a diference that the old wheels that i had were 7.5" but the super legs are 8" x 19" et45 no probs at all
I started on here by asking oppinions and had moastly negative responce but i think that some people respond by posting what they have heard not what they have tested themselves.

hi m8 thet were Tein S.tech springs lowers the rear by 25mm and front 35mm
they look realy good but the only thing im not to sure on is the rear wheels are flush with the arches but this is a cosmetic thing. i think a set of coilovers will be in order in a few months
i havent had any scraping or rubing probs. and i have given her a good few blasts since doing this mod .

Nah I gotta disagree with ya there mate, I think the stance looks absolutely spot on. You've got the same size gap around the whole arch at the back, thats perfect in my book
