Smile Brake fluid

Hi All, does any one know how much it costs to change the brake fluid on a
05 WRX? Getting car serviced tomorrow and want to make sure i ain't being ripped off. Any info would be appreciated.

The fluid should cost about £5 a litre.

Labour, about 30minutes? = £40

£45 + VAT should be the ball park?

Do it yourself for £5!!

Not everyone is is capable of that Pete - plus messing around with your brakes is something that should be left to someone who knows what they are doing!!

I bleed through each channel, starting at the furthest brake away from the master cylinder .... N/S Rear (on a UK car).

It's just bleeding them through ...... it really is one of the simplest jobs you can ever undertake on a car.

I'd just thought while they had the motor they could change the fluid as the brakes suffer a bit of fade at higher braking speeds.
