Default How much better are 4 pots???

If I was to upgrade from my crappy 2 pots, to completely standard 4 pots, how much better would they be??
Is it a massive difference???
Would 4 pots be ok with decent pads for a trackday?

Thanks
Steve

There would be an obvious difference plus you would also get more even pad wear/less pad taper.

IMO 4 pots with a decent set of pads would be more than ample for a trackday, unless your running stupid BHP that is.

You should get DOT5.1 fluid and braided hoses too for track driving.

as hinted at, 4 pots with good pads (this doesn't mean some greenstuffs) are perfectly adequate for 1150kg and 330bhp (i.e. ME!) IMO, and will take serious abuse. Used soe carbone lorraine pads and just couldn't get them to fade, although they only lasted 4000miles

If you're trying to halt a newage, you might have more problems...

It's a 94 wrx, hence the 2 pots.

Question 2:

How easy are they to fit? A simple swap yeah? There's nothing special I have to do in order to fit them right?

Thanks
Steve
