Compomotive MO wheels in 17"

MO-wheels in 18", will they fit on MY03 STi?
Hi, my name is Serge and I am from Luxembourg.
I own a STi MY03.
I received an offer for 4 Compmotive MO wheels, 8x18", offset 44, 5x100.
Will they fit on my car without clearance problems? Or do I have to do some bodywork?
At the moment the car is 4cm lower on new AST Sportsline II.
Will fit 225/40/18 tyres.
