Hi hope this in the correct sub forum, if not will a kind mod please move.

I know most of you are very knowledgeable, so i thought i would ask here.

Ok so its service time in the next couple of weeks and i was looking to replace all my discs and pads on my 02 VTR. I am currently looking at mintex 1144's for the pads and Brembo max discs for the front, and standard discs for the rear.

Will this be ok? any other suggestions, the price for this setup is £155 for the parts.

I tried saxo sport, and had no replies. I just thought someone would have had some experience of the mintex pads.

AFAIK Mintex 1144 are good pads, majority of breaking is on the front so sounds like a good/balanced set up me.

Cheers i am putting th mintex pads on the rear as well is this a good idea or a little overkill.
