Brake Upgrade Advice
I have just bought a 96 'n' impreza turbo 2000 and basically the brakes are rubbish, especially for a car with this performance, its got the standard 2 pots from what I can tell no Subaru embossed on the calipers. I need to sort the brakes out. I have about £600 I can put into the breaks so was wondering what people would advise I do and where to go and how much it would cost roughly?
Cheers.

I've got Ian's (Godspeed) 325mm Brembo kit on a classic.
Fitting was a cinch, took me all of around an hour, with my eldest helping me bleed it afterwards.
The old calipers come off reasonably easily, try a little WD40 on the bolts half an hour before loosening them, the new calipers go on with a machined spacer.
No probs with the discs, Scoob discs are only held in place by the wheel and the caliper anyway..........
