18's 225/35
Sorry to bother you all. Need some help regards to tyre pressures on my 01 wrx.
I have the O.Z SUPER L's on with 225/35. What is the best optimised pressure I should use for everyday driving?
Also, I have just noticed (don't ask me how I missed this) that I have three types of different boots on my car. When I bought my car over three weeks ago now I asked them to replace the rears as they looked tired.
FRONT LEFT : RIGHT FRONT:
NANGKANG ULTRA-SPORT (87w) NANGKANG ULTRA-SPORT (87w)
REAR LEFT: REAR RIGHT:
YOKOHAMA SPORT (83w) TOYO PROXES T1-S (87y)
Surely this has to have some form of effect?
Any help or advice will be gratefully received.
Steve

TBH get a full set of matching tyres and make sure that they are 225/40/18's which is the correct size for newage cars.
Different tyres on an AWD car is a
Go for something like Toyo T1-R(replaces T1-S), Goodyear F1 GSD3's or anything you like.
Run pressures between 33/35 Front and 30/33 Rear

Thanks for the help Richie.
Better break the news to the otherhalf that she won't be getting those shoes after all !! lol
Is there any other makes of tyres that would be suited to the scooby on that size?
I'm not a skin flint but need to be on a tidy budget until at least January next year. :-(

Thanks once again Richie.
When you stated "Run pressures between 33/35 Front and 30/33 Rear" is that based on the 225/35 or the 225/40?
Sorry to be a pain again.
