I waited a couple of weeks for mine although it was quite an extensive setup I ordered.
I take it youve been in contact with Ian during this time? .... any reasons given for the delay?

Ian can be hard to get hold of, he would have been out on Rally GB, and after that he clearly spent a little time making a tribute plaque for the tree that took the life of Micheal Park, I have his brakes on my car, as do many of the dorset crew, and none have ever had cause for concern, try ringin him towards the end of the working day in Uk time, that way he'll just be turning his machines off, and going into the office to sort the paperwork for the day, thats normally the best time to catch him...

My brakes cost nearly twice the sum quoted above but I trusted what people told me .... excellent quality, good aftersales service but possible delivery delays ..... mines took a couple of weeks but I dont regret it one bit!
Ian discovered he had sent out the wrong rear bells the day before I had the whole lot fitted so he sent out a new set overnight and they arrived in time!
I couldnt get him on the phone either but waited til the next Monday and got hold of him by e-mail .... hang in there and keep trying!

Ian said that you know that the brakes were sent out on the 1st september and that parcelforce has buggered up the delivery , he is trying his best to deal with them but up until today didnt get any answers , he does now and should be contacting you in the morning ,
He has given you the parcel details and you have spoken to them also so you know thats its not Godspeed causing the delay .
He isn't at work today as he's been up north having some work done on his rally car engine, he will be back in , in the morning

Well, I'll hope that it will be sorted out next week. I'm importing a lot of parts from the UK but this has just been a mess. The Royal Mail (ParcelForce) looks to be the same crappy s*'* as it is in Norway. I always use UPS or DHL for export parcels, and I have never had a complaint.

UPS are abit expensive, with DHL not being to bad on prices but very good on delivery's in Europe.
Fedex seem to be best on price, but can have delays in International export but very good on European shipments.
I use these in work all the time and they are very reliable.
