urgent advise needed!

Have the OZ Prodrive WRC1 wheels on my STI ver 5 classic at he mo and want to put a set of used 225/40/18 Toyo T1s tyres on.

The fronts have plenty of clearance on the inner side of the wheel and arch/shock strut but the backs seem close.

Have 215/35/18's on at the mo and can just get my finger between the rimprotector part of the tyre and the shock strut on the inner side of the rear wheels.

I think they should just clear but need second opinions....need to move fast as I don't want to miss out on the tyres!

You might find they will rub. I would expect having to remove the rubber rim protector, but that isn't a big hassle.
