Need more info.
Has the car always juddered under braking?
Did it go away temporarily with new kit?
Is it only at those speeds?

Try some really hard braking from speed when safe to do so - several times, it may be the pads are glazed - build up of material on the surface of the pad.
If not not sure what it is, might be a wheel bearing? Not likely to be a wheel/balance problem although odd it happened with old/new pads/disks.
This often happens with cars used around town or not used hard much. Excuse my grammar
keep posting your findings and i hope you get it sorted!

But if the judder went away with new kit, that suggests a recurring brake problem. Except when brakes judder, they tend to do it all the time, at all speeds. Unless it is a 'hot warp' which is when the disc distorts, ie warps and causes judder, only when warm/hot.
I think only a careful process of elimination, one item at a time, will get to the bottom of this.
Quite agree that suspension components/bearings can have cause funny effects that are hard to identify.
Good luck,
Richard.

yeah it is reoccuring every time i fit new pads/discs/calipes etc the problem goes away for about a month or less (200-500 miles) then gradually comes back so the steering wheel and door mirrors shake when braking over 40 mph but no judder when not braking
hope anyone can shed more light on this please i would be gratefull
cheers
