Yep, got them on my classic.
215x45x17.s on the prodrive rims.
Rears are rubbing the dam arch lip at the moment but think I can sort that with a little more camber on the rear wheels.
obviously offset of your rims may be different to mine in that respect so rubbing may be worse or better than me.
they are evidently soft as ****e, and on severe road abuse can see them start to mulch the tread, this weather (hot) then i think track work will see them overheat quickly, but have yet to find this out yet (17th July is it's next time on track, first time with these tyres on)
Dry weather grip on the roads though is absolutely outstanding to what I have been used to (Yokohama A510, A520, A539)
(Always been a yoko fan )
Smooth tarmac will see them howl at you at anything above 60, and they don't like standing water at all.
Breakaway is smooth and progressive, Well OK I have yet to have it let go completely at the rear but it does get squirmy, all feels nice and fluid though.

How do they compare with RE070's, which I'm sure you've also driven on

Fair point, would like to try them on my STi4 2.5 now Bob's mapped it as it is a little low on traction I run the RE070's on the blobeye and love em.

I tried them on the classic but they caught on the platforms on the coilovers.

Can you pm me a price for 888s in 17" please?
