not being funny mate but as its a very important part of the car if you need that much help to change the pads i would get someone else to do it...... i have seen in the past pads that have been fitted the wrong way round with the backing plate against the disc, and even calipers fitted upside down so that bleeding becomes imposible.....these cars are quick, but they also need to be able to stop quick too

very helpful Rigga ........
If you do a search hoskib im sure someone will have put a how to guide on here. Easy job once you know how, and im sure your not stupid enough to put them in the wrong way round.

will do a bit more digging around of previous threads, annoying thing is i've read it in 2 different threads. but can i find it now? can i hell.
no worries rigga, i'm not a total numptie and i watched the guy fitting my pads a few months ago and it really did look like a piece of ****, just want to double check. as you say, it's not something you want to ***** up.
what i meant by the idiot proof bit was he even started the step by step with listing where the jack handle is that's my sort of checklist
