differece in 1 pot calipers

differece in 1 pot calipers
is there 2 different types of 1 pot calipers about as i bought some ventilated discs (by mistake) and were told they wouldnt fit my caliper its a uk 97 and i have the solid discs

Yes , you either have a solid disc or a vented discs , the calipers for the vented discs have a wider gap for the wider discs to fit , the discs are the same diameter at 266mm , you can fit either type on your car but you need the right calipers for ther discs
