Default Yellow stuff P/N?

As per the tittle, do you know or can find the correct Yellow stuff "R" compound part number from EBC for my Wilwood Superlights 6 pots front brakes?
The red stuff P/N is DP3037C.

Hi

If the "R" pad has been produced, it will be DP4037R. Data on the web site does not list this, only shows DP4037.

I'll check tomorrow with EBC and update.

The "R" pad is not available and will not ever be produced for this p/n. The problem is that this pad fits a Wilwood caliper which could be fitted to many different cars and therefore can never be Reg 90 tested.

However, DP4037 still could be the latest compound Yellow, 1793, but would only be legal for use on track (for cars newer then 1999).

Hope this helps.

Thanks Buck, although the 7416 shape pad (16mm thickness) my Wilwoods use is completely different from any other Wilwood pad but similar with 7320 and 7520 (20mm thickness plus a hole in the top) pad shape that is available for a wide selection of cars.
Thus these pads are ONLY for the Subaru fitment Superlights 6 pots as the Redstuff DP3037C (I have currently) are and I wonder why they told you the above!
If you contact them in the future can you ask them about the Yellowstuff R?
Thanks.

Currently, EBC will not perform Reg90 test on any non-standard aftermarket caliper, even if that caliper only fits 1 car.

Not enitrely sure what you are asking, but DP4037R will NOT be available. DP4037 will and possibly in the same compound material "1793" as the "R" pads.

What I am searching for is "1793" compound, I don't care how the pad is named if it has same material with the new Yellow stuff R but how can I distinguish them if the EBC P/N remain the same?

Hi

You would have to specifiy the compound material number when ordering. Confused? So are we!

We have a set of DP4037 in "1793" compound. If you want to order from us, I WILL ensure that you get the 1793 compound. Use the promo code above and add a note in the extra order info, stating 1793.
