EBC discs on rear

Is it worth uprating the rear discs and pads on my 2002 wrx wagon?I have just put on EBC cross drilled and grooved discs with red stuff pads which when warm are great,What benefit will upgrading rears? anyone??

Hi

I would go with just matching the front and rear pad compounds.
