Default Wheels for a 22B

Hopefully going to do a deal this weekend or early part of next week for a 22B..... Just curcious as to what wheels are available ?

Im going to want gold... 18's or 19's

Why ? ...... want something a bit bigger in there to fill those arches out, more like the WRC car and i wont be selling the original wheels sorry Si, they are like rocking horse Sh*t to get hold of

You'll get used to this when you own a 22b

I was looking for a spare set just so I didn't have to worry about curbing VERY expensive alloys.

About the closest fit I could find that would look good was the Speedline Turini - 8x18 with a 48 offset. Or in 17" you could just fit a set of STI MY04 alloys as these are 8" wide. Haven't found any 8.5" alloys yet with the correct offset, but 8" is close enough to use the same width tyres.

I wouldn't go for 19" personally, as it would affect the handling too much.

Check the weight of any wheels you are looking at. I think the compomotives are quite heavy so will ruin the ride/handling, but you'd need to check.

Here is a pic of the same wheel (I think) fitted to a 22b - http://www.22b.com/own_theodore.htm

22b wheels are - 8.5"x17" 48 offset

you dont need to photoshop,

ask chuck on 22b.com as he had those fitted on his and posted a picture once.

What did you think of the 22B at Stratford Upon Avon ? I'm just waiting for my
insurance to come back with a quote before I go and view it. Anything you weren't happy about ?
