Super brakes!
Just some feed back on ebc groove/dimple discs and red stuff ceramic pads.
Fitted them about 5k miles ago to my sti 4, and wasn't overally impressed with them for the first 2k. Last night however, I thought, what the hey, lets try them out properly! Braked hard from 100mph+ to standstill in a very short distance. No swerving to one side, just straight and true. Felt like my eyes were going to pop out!
This is by far the best brake set up I have ever used (tried tarrox, pagid etc) and they don't seem to have any fade either.
I'm running toyo t1-s tyres by the way, just as reference.
So, if you don't want to spend the best part of £2000 on AP's, go for this set up, you won't regret it!

Only time will tell I suppose. Just had a look at the pads and they are hardly worn!
I'm not heavy on the brakes at all, hense my first proper use of them last night, after nearly a year!

That's made my mind up then, have the Ceramics in a box ready and was mulling over what Discs to get this time.
Already have EBC set up with older Red Stuff which have sadly mullered my discs as they need to be red hot to work!!
So you reckon Ceramics better than the older Red Stuff then??
