fitted my new discs and pads a week ago, and tonight whilst driving home, they started squueking, when i was driving along, anyone had this b4?
the pads were supplied with some self adhesive shims, so i used those and one of th originals. why have they started squeeking after a week?

I had that... lasted a couple of weeks and they are fine now.

Have you tried putting copper slip on the back of the pads?

It's a good idea to do this even when fitting new brake pads.

yes m8, i put copper grease all over the back of pads, and the shims

still getting it? covered over 200 miles now, it sound like its coming from the front, its not all the time either. and i did put the shims back in to, there were adhesive ones supplied with the pads, so i used them and one of the original ones. and copper grease all over!!!
wat is it, please help me, its driving me mad now
