EBC Discs with Redstuff Ceramic pads seem popular, group buy just finished on these.
Pads wise you really can't go wrong with Ferodo DS2500 or Pagids 4-2-1.
Discs, stick with either standard ones or any grooved disc, drilled discs may crack under heavy load.

I would agree with the Ferodo comment but please consider the DBA 640 discs.
Good combination and no fade.
