Here is the data I got with the inspection of my MY96:

Front Left: 3120N Front Right: 2780N
Rear Left: 2170N Rear Right: 1600N

So front left is 15% higher than front right, while rear left is 36% higher than right rear.

Is there any way to balance the braking force between the left and right?

I tried to lock the wheels in wet with the steering wheel straight, and the car oversteer towards the right, is the brake imbalance cause this oversteer? Or I need to check the wheel alignment?

It is very dangerous and scary with the oversteer towards right when the wheels are locked. Please help to advise where should I look to minimize this issue.

first port of call would be to strip, inspect and clean the brake calipers.............its most likely that you have seized (or partially) sliders/pistons/etc..............

your geometry could be suspect also, although this wouldn't show on a brake roller..............

Make sure they are bled properly too, no air in them. Although as Alyn says, the most likely cause would be seized sliding calipers. Daz
