Small cracks in Godspeed disk
Got 4 small cracks in the right hand side disk on my MY01.
Itīs the 335mm kit with OE calipers and Ferodo 2500 pads (discs are grooved only to deal with trackdays). Happened during trackday in Sweden late September; no high temperatures.
Am I the only one to have this problem?

No you're not the only one, as lobg as they don't get too big don't panic, I've got the same as you on my classic, and after a trackday using pagid rs pads, I have small cracks too, I'm not worried though, my mate has standard size Godspeed discs covered in cracks, he's only replacing them cos they're worn out now!!

If you do track days or drive very hard then you will get cracks in your discs , whatever make they are , if you have drilled discs they will crack more around the holes , so as you say they are a feww mm's long its nothing to worry about

Light crazing of the disc surface is normal, but if cracks start developing into radial lines (running from centre to edge) they've been over-cooked. Should be replaced.
