Tyre advice
I have just replaced all 4 tyres (GSD 3 ) and covered approx. 1500 miles ,but have scuffed the sidewall on off side front quite heavily I am,in 2 minds about replacing it due to it newness.
The rubber on the rims seems pretty thick, but I have removed a chunk, and feel I should replace it due to the high cornering forces etc.
My question is that I have read that the 4 wheel drive is sensitive to replacing just one tyre, due to the low miles covered could I replace just one??
Silly question really,I think it would be ok, but additional thoughts appreciated.

With having covered just 1500 miles I'd suggest you'd be fine replacing just the one.
The issue is the difference in tread depth between the tyres on the same axle. I'd be surprised if your existing tyres were more than 1mm worn. If you've been driving sideways for most of that 1500 miles then you may well have scrubbed 3-4mm off the tread, but otherwise you should be ok.
