Matching the brake pad compound on the rear with the fronts will make hard braking much more controlled. I had DS2500s on just the front first of all - now got them all round and the car is much flatter under braking and I dont have to correct the steering when I really brake hard to keep it in a straight line.

Have you had the geometry set, makes a huge difference.

Wheels balanced recently, can make a difference.

What is the state of your tyres, they normally start to 'tramline' as they get close to the point of changing.

Or your just braking harder

Dave.

tyres are fine - the geo was done 8 months ago and Ive hit nothing ( touch wood )

think it is me, its fine from say 60 but when you are coming down from 100+ she starts to snake

will see how its is after I change the disks
