Question Spacing....

I know some people may not approve, but hey it's done now so........

I need to get my alloys sitting correctly within the new 22b wings that i have on my sti. Is there a professional way of spacing the wheels rather then the cheap £20 wheel spacers that i hear stress the car anyway and will not do the job or wil i have to get some alloys made to measure with a crazy offset ??? maybe both.

Any advice is appreciated guys, apart from telling me to buy a real 22b

Thanks Minty.

Dunno about crazy offset. Impreza offset is pretty crazy to start with.

How many mm's do you need to space the wheels? There are a number of people selling 17's and 18's on ebay with interesting offsets, say 35mm rather than 53mm.

I wouldn't use big spacers on any powerful car. Too many stories of them falling off.

Default Wheels

Well i've got a brand new set of Prodrive 18's with Toyo's on it at the moment and they look miles away from the arches where they are currently.

i was thinking hub extensions or something similar. ???????

I'll see if i can get some pics sorted & measurements.
