Default Brembo gold calipers on a classic?

Has anyone fitted the gold Brembo brake disks to their classic?

I tried some on this afternoon and found that the front ones fitted easily (I have STi8 alloys) though the back ones would not, bascially the caliper mountings are different and the handbrake pads are smaller on the classic.

Some dimensions for you:
Caliper fixings on classic 145mm PCC (MY00 UK wagon)
Caliper fixings on Brembo calipers PCC 113mm
Handbrake inside of disk diameter 190mm
Handbrake inside of disk diameter 170mm

Is this possible?
I assume you need to replace the backing plate and pads.

thanks in advance.

You need the rear hubs from the STI to fit the rear Brembos.
