Question Pic request - Godspeed split pins (for Subaru 4-pots)

Hi,

My garage fitted some "other" long bolts as the split pins weren't originally sent with my kit. Ian sent me some the next day, but they look a bit short.

Could someone post a pic (preferably fitted) to see how far through the caliper they stick.

I would have said that mine are about 10mm out the back on one leg, and about 6mm on the other, they only need to be slightly spread to do the job!! That way they can be re-used a few times!!

I guess, any nut & bolt supplier should carry them.

Biggest trouble is not having to buy 00's of them as they're so cheap individually an online wholesaler may want a minimum order.

If I can get the spec of them off Ian, I'll get some from my local supplier. He gave me some caliper bolts for nowt the last time I was stuck.

I'll post a pic of the ones I have.

Here's mine. As you can see, they're approx. 4 inches long.

Stefan

P.S. 116mm if I measured properly
