Default Cost of Replacing Speedline ST2 Alloy

How would it cost to replace the above alloy?

Do Speedline still sell them?

Need this info for making a claim aganist the city council for pothole damage.

17" ST2s were £135 new, but this was a few years back. I also have one available if you're interested.
